Polishing Post-Launch Experience

Following the successful production deployment, the team focused on enhancing post-launch quality. Minor layout bugs and polish items were reviewed, including small text misalignments, inconsistent padding, and icon placements—nothing critical, but all part of tightening up the user experience.

Check-In Flow Success

The new check-in flow is live and functioning smoothly. Early user testing shows it's more intuitive, and the team is watching for usage metrics to confirm increased engagement. There was also discussion about spotlighting this feature in the home feed to drive visibility.

App Store Page Updates Coming

A brainstorm began around optimizing the Sircles App Store listing to better convert curious users into downloads. Key ideas included showcasing the rewards feature, refining the screenshots, and A/B testing the description. A plan is forming to ship this in the next update cycle.

Admin Panel Expansions

The admin panel continues to evolve. A new “user status” filter is being introduced to better track engagement levels—helping internal teams identify inactive users and proactively re-engage them through campaigns or direct outreach.
