Authentication and App Rating Update

The team celebrated the successful deployment of the new authentication system. With the rollout complete and stable, attention shifted to the in-app rating prompt, which is now tied to signature user actions. It’s performing well so far, with no major bugs reported.

Streamlining the Onboarding Flow

Shawntelle presented a visual walkthrough of the updated onboarding flow. The team agreed that moving the friend connect step after onboarding creates a cleaner experience. Some tweaks to the language and screen order were suggested to better guide the user.

Business Portal Enhancements

Todd confirmed the updated design is ready to go and looks polished. There was discussion about improving clarity around multi-location businesses and rewards visibility. Jerry is continuing work on syncing updates between the mobile app and portal.

Debounce Logic & Custom Topics

Ismail noted that debounce for search is nearly ready, with just a few edge cases left to test. On the custom topics front, issues with duplicate messages and media loading are being addressed — progress is solid, with a new patch planned for the next QA build.

Podcast Section Improvements

The team aligned on refinements to the podcast interface and display logic. Wellington is working on ensuring the latest episode always appears first and will revisit the way descriptions are pulled in.
