Deep Link Improvements Enter Final Phase

The team reviewed the latest progress on business profile deep links. This included verifying app and browser behavior when a user has or hasn't installed Sircles. Testing continues for both QR-based and direct link access to ensure consistent onboarding and redirection.

Scroll Performance in Sight

Amine made progress on the persistent scroll lag issue by refactoring how headers are rendered within FlatList components. Early testing shows smoother performance, especially on older devices. The fix will be staged for QA once cleanup is complete.

Reward Feed Enhancements

The reward redemption post feature passed QA, with the styling and copy finalized. The team discussed potential timing for release, aiming to increase visibility into user activity and incentivize reward use.

New Group Invite Flow Reviewed

Ismail demoed a revised group chat invite flow that allows users to quickly invite others without confusion between sharing a profile and adding someone as a group member. The team approved the direction, noting the UX clarity improvement.

QA and Crash Monitoring

Several fixes for chat-related crashes were confirmed in the latest build, including those linked to media upload failures. The team will continue monitoring crash logs over the next few builds to ensure long-term stability.
