Amine confirmed that his scroll performance fix has been merged! Initial testing across devices shows significantly smoother behavior on FlatLists, particularly in the feed and chat areas. This long-standing issue is finally close to being behind us.

Deep Link UX Refinements Continue

The team reviewed QA feedback on business profile deep links. Amine and Jerry discussed fine-tuning the experience when users click a QR code or link from the browser. Next steps include adjusting app open timing and improving the App Store fallback experience for users without Sircles installed.

Group Chat Onboarding Flow Reviewed

Ismail walked through updates to the group invite and onboarding flow, ensuring that new users joining via a shared link are clearly guided through setup and chat entry. The revised copy and UI were met with positive feedback.

Reward Post Visibility Tweaks

Jerry flagged minor formatting issues with the new reward redemption feed post. The team agreed to tweak the styling to ensure better visibility and alignment in the feed.

Onboarding Friend Flow Patch

A bug causing the friend recommendation carousel to flash unexpectedly during onboarding was identified and queued for resolution. Jerry will patch and retest before the next build.
