1. Chat Admin QA Prep

Jerry kicked things off by catching up on the long-awaited chat admin feature. While the link appears functional, the team still needs a proper QA build to fully test it. Amine was asked to push out a build that includes the chat admin interface, with AOD potentially stepping in to help vet the full end-to-end flow.

2. Performance Data Dashboard

Wells made headway on the dashboard showcasing app usage, location data, and check-in trends. It’s not quite live yet but getting close. The team discussed a few formatting tweaks and enhancements before release.

3. Deep Linking Refinement

Ismail brought updates on recent deep linking tests—focusing on behavior when the app is opened from a cold start. A few quirks were noted, especially in iOS when launching from notifications or dynamic links. The plan is to refine this and validate with more test cases.

4. Duplicate Content and Notifications

Danny flagged duplicate notifications for users sharing the same piece of content. The issue seems tied to multiple devices being registered per user. The team explored OneSignal settings to avoid redundant pings and proposed a client-side fix to de-dupe content reactions.

5. Podcast and Media Workflows

Shawntelle shared feedback on the podcast experience, especially from the content team. Improvements to sharing, playback, and better analytics were raised. The team discussed potential refinements to how podcast episodes are surfaced within the discovery feed.
